My wife and I spent four nights at the Royal Hawaiian, and made a pact that we will spend a week per year there from now on. A stately old hotel but modernized to encompass all of the comforts expected in a present day structure. We were upgraded to ocean view, which was most appreciated. Rooms were ...
Addicted to this place. Want to try others, but every time I go to book, I have to stay here again :) Never disappoints
Good facilities. We had a mountain view room on the 25th floor, but could only partially see mountains between the other hotels. Also lots of traffic noise on this side of the hotel. Studio apartment was good and well serviced. Hotel is a bit isolated from downtown Waikiki, but a good bus service ...
The hotel was located just outside downtown Honolulu. We had a room that had a view of the ocean and downtown. The room was clean and had adequate space for two people. The beach in front of the hotel was perfect for us.
Have stayed at the "PK" three times. Each stay, we keep saying "when can we come back? Staff, room, dining experiences were all great!

Very good location, very friendly staff, especially staff at the pool. As many say you have to wait a lot for the elevators, but friendly staff makes you happy with Ukulele or talk. Im very satisfied. We must stay here again.
I loved it, staff was great, house was very clean and always smelled nice. Food was always close, I could get açai bows just 2 minutes away and the beach was also 2 minutes away. Overall, I had a great experience!
Great location close and safe to walk everywhere. The room was tired and I found lollies under the curtains, and black hair on the bathroom floor, so cleaning certainly needs to be improved. I was very annoyed having to pay the "resort fee" when the pool was closed for two days. I mentioned this ...
