With only about 5 km to Nykøbing Sjælland, the city's various shops, cafes and restaurants open up a world of possibilities. This beautiful cottage is furnished with two separate bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living room on a comfortable sofa bed, which makes it ideal for up to 4 people. Regardless of the weather, you have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors thanks to the covered terrace and the private oasis at the back of the house. A spacious wooden terrace awaits here, a cozy fire pit and a charming shelter that invites both togetherness and relaxation. The beds in the rooms are single beds, where one is at half height, adding a fun and unique dimension. For your daily needs, there are shopping opportunities at the local grocer in Nyrup (1 km), as well as in nearby areas such as Højby, Lumsås and Nykøbing Sjælland. The charming harbor in Rørvig, located approximately 12 km away, invites you to maritime experiences and the opportunity to sail to Hundested in parts of the year. If you arrive from Århus, it is about 23 km to the house when you arrive from Odden ferry port. You will also find another form of pleasure just 7 km away – the cozy Sommerland Zealand, a fantastic destination for an unforgettable family outing. Even without a car, there is an easy access option. Jun 29, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Helles Hygge-Haus im Grünen am Meer Das Häuschen steht mitten auf dem Grundstück und es gibt 3 Türen nach draußen. Auf den beiden Terrassen und im Garten kann man super entspannen, essen, Badminton spielen,.... einfach Urlaub machen. Bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 min, schöner ist aber der nächstgelegene Sandstrand beim Campingplatz (ca 10min mit dem Auto) zum Baden. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber (lediglich die Gartenmöbel waren eingestaubt), der Rasen frisch gemäht, frische Blumen gepflanzt, die gesamte Einrichtung geschmackvoll, gepflegt und neu.
