With 75 m2 spread across an open kitchen-living area and a large living room, you have plenty of space for socializing and coziness. The large windows in the living room provide a fantastic view of the private garden. The house also has an annex that can be used for extra sleeping space.  
  
The location is ideal, just 200 meters from the water, and the area offers quiet beaches and scenic surroundings, perfect for relaxation. You can enjoy coastal life with opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. It is a peaceful area offering both tranquility and proximity to local amenities.  
  
Outdoors, you can relax on the covered terrace or take a refreshing shower under the outdoor shower. The enclosed garden offers space for child-friendly play and relaxation.  
  
The holiday home offers the best of both comfort and nature, with an open and modern interior that makes it easy to feel at home. It is the perfect base for a vacation where you can enjoy both the sea and the surrounding nature.
