"The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. "The resort is in a prime location, close enough to everything but far away enough for some quiet time, right across from the ocean. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful, the breakfast was consistently great and the overall experience was great for the price point. "

"The hotel is in a great location. We stayed in the bungalow and it was clean and comfortable beds. Has a room safe and mini fridge and air conditioning unit. The shower pressure was a bit weak but what do you expect on an island. The beach was right in front and beautiful snorkeling right out front.
