Everything was very adequate. The resort itself is a little “tired”. The pool area in particular needs redoing but the staff and general accomodation was good value for money. Shuttle service to the beach and Bali collection was timely and when I required a taxi to other areas it was always executed quickly. Never a wait longer than 5 mins. I had breakfast included in my package which I could not fault. Second visit to this resort and would come back.

Great facilities but amenities need improvements
The hotel has very good facilities, the pool is great as well as the lobby and surroundings. The food needs improvement, and the room we were staying in needs some work on the floors as they were very noisy with cracking noises when we walked on them. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience but again food needs a bit of love.
