Beautiful place very colourful and suitable for adults and children. Pools to suit all people and plenty of shade where required. Food was wonderful and lots of places to choose from. I found it a very relaxing place with many nice walks along the beach.
Friends have raved about her staff, insisting that despite her obvious antiquation and struggling upkeep the experience is defined by the people who are her lifeblood. This,I agree with wholeheartedly. What a testimony to the industry that the staff and attitude prove the worth of the properties rating, this is what potential guests rely on when they commit their time to the promise of a four, five, three or one star experience and prove their faith by paying hard cash for what is championed by previous guests.
That being said, I found the front desk staff passive aggressive in their expectations. Insisting on taking a well prepared guest's rolling luggage to the hotel door doesn't constitute genuinene concern for a guest's check in. Addressing the rooms appointments and intentionally glossing over deficiencies does not bode well for expectations and finally repetidly insisting that if anything is wanting while waiting to be tipped is insulting when you consider it an obligation given the weak effort made thus far. Seriously, holding the keys and refusing to tell the guest their room number so they MUST tolerate you to get into their room when all they want to do is sit down and cool off after traveling so far? I say, learn to convince a guest that you are not trying to hustle them before working them over.
Was well taken care of the moment I checked-in. Katerina was accommodating and warm and helpful. The hotel room is amazing, like a mini suite. I was blown away by the level of detail, space, comfort of the bed and cleanliness. It's very well maintained and taken care of.
Amazing hotel with excellent staff at an exceptional lcation right near the beach.
My sister booked this honeymoon as a surprise for my husband and me, and she chose the perfect laguna room with the pool directly from the balcony
Went there with my wife for a 5-day vacation this month. This is the 1st we chose Mulia Resort. The design and the location of the resort are gorgeous. The staff is helpful and professional. There are few paths leading to the beach pool and front with plenty of plants alongside. It's very difficult to keep the paths out of falling leaves or branches (I indeed often saw staff doing clean up). This liitle act indicated that how hard the staff try to offer you a pleasant stay. All the restaurants of the resort are great and most of these restaurants have been rated high in different platforms. My stay has been a tremendous one. If I have to put one downside comment, it's surely the wifi of the entire resort including inside room which is not stable and a bit slow that was not commensurate with its brand!
Stayed in for 4 days and 3 nights and we thought weI really had a great time. Hotel staff were supremely accommodating and helpful. Always ready to help when help was needed. Although there are other hotels that have cozy pool sides with beach views, we think we are satisfied by how beautiful the entire hotel pool looked like. The pool bar is just okay. Our room was comfortable as well.
Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua will feature 415 hotel rooms (including 17 villas), one ballrooms, five meeting rooms, a multi-function …More
Nusa Dua is synonymous with style. Bali’s most luxurious resorts are located here, along with a championship golf course ranked among Asia’s Top 5. The southern tip of Benoa Peninsula delivers seclusion, a palm-fringed reef-protected beach, clear waters for diving, and waves that rate from gentle (northern peninsula) to surfable (southern peninsula). Art galleries, fashion boutiques, and restaurants provide plenty of temptation.
