"Had the most amazing stay at our time at the beautiful hotel. Our room was so clean and big and had a wonderful balcony. The staff are all so incredibly welcoming and Tiago who picked us up from the station was so nice. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zermatt - Ps the hotel is in a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk into town. "

The only thing that was less than we wanted was the laundry facility which was very small and didn't dry fast enough.
