Internet and Air Conditioner were hit and miss. Room was the standard Ibis type. Staff were helpful but for a large hotel, wifi and air con need to work properly.

Staff were nice and helpful. It was very difficult to find a spot to park to check in. Very small bathroom. Room was on the smaller size but still okay. The bed did not have the crevice down the middle, which was nice. View was good and hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. First night was a weekend and it was pretty quiet. The second night of our stay they put a couple with a young screaming baby in the room next to us and it woke up every two hours to scream for about 20 minutes each time, so we didn't get much rest. The closest entrance to Old Town is by the red light district, so may not be good for families. I also woke up with allergies (stuffy nose and throat, swollen eyes) both days, and that only happened at this place, so I'm not sure if that's an issue with their laundry detergent/sanitizer, bedding materials, pet dander, or dust mites.

Excellent value and what you'd typically expect at an Ibis. Would have appreciated some tea making facilities in the room however.

Lovely hotel close to the city centre
Enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and it is close to the city centre. We got a quiet room and got an excellent sleep (and I rarely sleep well in hotels).

Florida meets Nuremberg
The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and mass transit. The employees were very helpful in every way. The room was quite small, but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. The breakfast was very nice, but had the same thing every day. It would have been nice to have more of a variety of hot food daily. All in all, a nice stay for the money.

Great location
Great location you're right next to the old city town, they also have an enclosed garage for your car. Everything is within walking distance.

Air conditioning switched off
Stayed in mid-October. Despite the warm weather the air conditioning was "switched off for winter", so the room was very hot. We were advised to open the window. Lucky for us we had a room out the back - if it was on the main road it would have been very loud. Hotel is in need of renovation. Location is decent and staff helpful, but would choose another hotel next time.

The guy who check me in was rude. And tried to tell me i had no reservation, wanted me to pay again. I was there for an hour after i made my reservation before he said oh here it is. I wouldn't have minded to pay again, but they dont issue refunds and they didnt have my reservation.

The hotel itself is clean, the staff was nice and there is an underground parking facility (extra fee). The hotel is next to the national museum. However, the Internet signal is so weak (I was on the 5th Floor) and the neighbourhood wasn't very nice near the subway.

Very comfy
Great friendly check in staff. Awesome bed. Way too much street noise though, kept checking in case a window was open. Barman needs the boot, grumpy and confusing. There were only us 5 in the bar so it wasn't like he was busy.

Not good location for women
OK hotel, no tea or coffee facilities in room. Close to centre & station but not ideal for women as you have go past many groups of single men all from southern or eastern Mediterranean area, standing, sitting on steps drinking smoking etc. I would not let my wife stay here on her own for safety concerns. Bed was comfortable.

Very good locación right accrossb the street from msin train station . Beds are not comfortable. They are more like a mat than a matress. Wi-Fi is very slow, almost unusable. Staff was very polite and somehow helpfull

Good location - nice and clean.
Nice hotel and very well situated - 10-15 min walk into the centre of town therefore very well situated to get to the Christmas Markets without being right on top of things. Hotel was clean and check in easy - which is all you can ask from a budget hotel really. Pillows a little uncomfortable and the room very warm (AC only worked to heat and not cool the room!) but yeah a good stay for a couple of days and for the price you can't go wrong.

My Nuernberg visit start to my River Cruise
It was overall very good, no complaints, we had a great time and happy about the short walk to Old City, we just enjoyed the weather, the city, the location.

Horrible!
The staff here don't know the definition of good customer service. I had a 2 night booking here and after the first night I decided to leave because the room is extremely hot and the air condition doesn't do any justice. There is no kettle in the room which is a let down however you're able to get hot water from reception. I will never stay in a ibis hotel again. Their breakfast is also mediocre with very little vegetarian options.

Nice hotel near Opera House!
Second time I've stayed here :-) I really like this hotel for its' proximity to amenities, transportation and most important of all, the Opera House! I enjoyed a very clean, neat and quiet room with a very comfy double bed. Their breakfasts are awesome, featuring waffles! Lots of space in the main dining area. Dinner was very good as well with a nice choice of main dishes and bar selection. Of course, WiFi is freely available and important to note are the number electrical outlets available :-) Last, but not least, staff were very professional, friendly and solution-oriented. I would stay here, first choice, next occasion.

Good location opposite the outside of the city wall and 5 minutes from the underground UBahn station and 15 minutes walk to the main railway station. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms modern. Underground car-park. I have stayed here several times on a business trip and hope to do so again.

Nice hotel, good location for the city
Really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel was clean and food and drink was reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and rooms very well maintained and well soundproofed. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay nice staff
I had requested 2 rooms next to each other and on arrival it was not the case. The member of the staff was very kind and organised it for, but it was obviously possible to do it so why was not done? The room in general was fine one electric plug next to the phone doesn't seem to be working. Thanks we had a good night sleep.

Basic, clean hotel
Basic clean hotel. In a slightly dodgy part of town near the red light district . Wasn't to far from all major sights 15-30 min walk. Underground station less than 5 mins from hotel that goes to the airport. 3 Euro each way.
