The flat consists of a large living room and two 2-bed rooms, a small newly equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room 2 more beds can be prepared, so that space for 6 people can be made The accommodation Attractive furnishings tastefully combined with loving details. We guarantee a relaxing stay in a pleasantly quiet and relaxed environment in Nuremberg-Brunn, and yet so close to the action. Not far from the centre of Nuremberg (15 minutes by car). All hotspots such as the city centre, opera, Christmas market, castle and old town are within easy walking distance, and the flat can comfortably accommodate four people. The large living room (approx. 23 m²) is available as a lounge and is equipped with a dining area. In the living room there is a pull-out settee which offers two further sleeping possibilities. Therefore, the 3-room flat is also very suitable for families or groups of up to 6 people. The offer includes a complete equipment with satellite + HD TV and W-Lan, the kitchen has a new equipment with combi-fridge, electric cooker with ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub so that you can also relax in a hot bath. All rooms have daylight windows and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about leisure activities. Especially the district of Brunn is connected with many hiking trails, which lead to the city centre or the zoo. Further activities can be found in the current information material on the Nuremberg leisure and cultural programme and City Map.access for guests The entire flat can be used by our guests. #### schmutzige Wohnung

Wir mieteten die Wohnung für 3 Nächte und waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Hund. Die Lage ist sehr schön für ausgedehnte erholsame Spaziergänge durch Wald und Felder, kleine fränkische Dörfer mit ihren Gaststätten die einen zu unglublich fairen Preisen feinste regionale Küche anbieten. ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Zur Wohnung: Wir konnten spät Abends anreisen. Parkieren ist unkompliziert. Die Mansarden-Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht geeignet für 4 Personen. Ein Schlaf-Zimmer befindet sich ausserhalb der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber geputzt. Der Backofen war verkrustet und voller Krümel, in der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein Filter mit verschimmelten Kaffesatz, in den Küchenschränken eingetrockneter Schmutz, im Kühlschrank Schimmel. Die Wohnung hat keinen Schlüssel, man kann nicht absperren. Es gibt nur einen Haustürschlüssel für den Haus-Eingang. So ist die Wohnung für alle anderen im Haus lebenden Personen frei zugänglich. Fürs Internet mussten wir unterschreiben, dass wir keine "kostenpflichtigen Seiten" besuchen und allfällige Rechnungen bezahlen müssen. Die Vermieter sahen wir nach der Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe nicht mehr, wir wurden auch nicht gefragt, ob alles ok sei.
