40 m2 apartment with a 12 m2 terrace on the first floor of a small and charming building in the third row from the sea, just 100 meters away. from the beach, quiet area without noise. The building has a main entrance with a large atrium and a small communal garden on the ground floor. The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a single living area and equipped kitchen, smart TV, a double sofa bed and a service bathroom, a large double bedroom with smart TV and another bathroom with shower. Large terrace of 12 m2. equipped for eating out. Well served area on the seafront, 100 meters from the house, there is also the free shuttle bus stop that connects Marcelli to Numana Alta. Free covered parking space. Electric car charging station at 100 meters. from home and supermarket. Seafront area full of restaurants and bars, the town center at 600 meters. Numana 1,8 km, Sirolo 2 km, Porto Recanati and Loreto 6 km. Monte Conero Portonovo at 15km. GOLF club and Val Musone cycle path 1 km from the house. Nearby dog beach and bike rental. Completely flat area. House completely renovated 2020. Fresh and airy even in August being totally exposed to the east. House set up for electricity only. Heating with wall fan heaters for heat in winter and with fresh air ventilation function in summer.
