"Our second stay. The one bedroom is huge and comfortable. Flamingos is right next door and you can eat at the restaurants there, but is much busier and noisier. The pool, outside spas and beach are lovely. The inside spa is amazing for hydrotherapy. All the people who work there are friendly. Lots of water bottle waste. It would be nice if they could figure out how to get bigger plastic water bottles. True of all of Mexico, unfortunately. The only complaint is the same one true of most of...

"Everything was great, really enjoyed our visit. There were only a couple things I noticed. To get to the bathrooms you had to use the stairs and the stairs were slippery so hold on to the handrail and take your time. Another concern that doesn’t affect me, is people with mobility issues that have to use a ramp have to go a bit further than they should, it’s not set up the best for someone who has mobility issues. I would definitely recommend going."

"The staff gives great customer service and everyone is very friendly & helpful. We arrived on a Friday, and unfortunately by Sunday afternoon we got sick from something we had eaten. Other guest who came to the wedding got sick too :( We never left the property, we had all the meals there. It’s very important to extreme safety measures when handling/having food seating outdoors for the guests. It will be greatly appreciated "

"This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay."
