Getting Around: The condo has a secure parking spot in the garage of the building, making transportation easy. There are additional parking spots for additional cars, but please note that those are first-come-first-serve. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available. Other Things to Note: Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property is situated in a private community club with specific guest requirements designed to ensure the safety of all residents. These requirements include a complete list of names and official IDs of all guests. The information is essential to grant access.
