This contemporary independent house is located 1 km from the center, in the "Erdre Canal Forêt" region, 27 km from Châteaubriant and 43 km from Nantes (near the road).   
Enclosed garden of 700 m² (facing south/west). Garage for bicycles/motorcycles.   
Single storey: it consists of a large and bright living room with open fitted kitchen, a utility room/laundry room, 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 140x200 bed + baby bed, 3: 2 90x190 beds), shower room and separate toilet.   
Equipment included: wifi (fiber), complete baby equipment, tumble dryer.   
Included: pellet stove heating and electricity (12kwh/day).   
Not included: sheets, towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65).   
Rennes 66 km.

Maison propre et bien équipée. Le seul point faible est la proximité avec la route et le bruit des voitures des 6h00 du matin ! Bon. Bon. Bon contact avec le propriétaire aimable et disponible (au téléphone) en cas de problème.
