Good morning Catherine, I thank you to get the time to provide us your feedback regarding your stay in our hotel. I am sorry to read that you had a bad experience with the air conditionning. You are right, it is not possible to reverse the heating with the air conditionning. Thank to the nice weather, we can enjoy it during the day but the morning and the evening are still fresh. We have anyway reverse it on the 18/04/22 but too late as I can see. Please, alow me to present you my apologize for this trouble. I am sad to read as well that you have cancelled your next stay but I can understand your point of view. On the four Executive rooms, two are equiped with the same furnitures, but for all all them, you can enjoy the "Skinjay" (essentials oil shower), the barthrobe and sleepers, the Nespresso machine, the minibar, the body lotion and the conditionner. If the furnitures are not suit with, be sure we are present to move you to another room and provide you the best services. I am sad to read that your experience did not reach your expectations. I do again apologize for it and our team and I stay at your disposal in case you would like to comeback in our area.
