Я была в номере класса люкс, мне понравился сервис, приветливость персонала и Ваши вкуснейшие печенья! Также, хочу сделать комплимент кухни. Единственное , что смутило меня: в общем зале у Вас вывешаны фотокартины, по-моему мнению, для такого шикарного отеля , напечатанные репродукции картин, портят Ваш образ. Very shabby rooms. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. And the spa was closed but I was not notified when I made reservation. The superior room is really their standard room and it’s tiny. The restaurant was bad. The staff is very nice and their kind service did make things bearable.

had a lovely one night stay at the hotel, this is my second visit, rooms are warm, nice and comfortable with tub and shower. friendly staff that tries as best as they can to speak English, i appreciated their efforts. breakfast is very good.

Probably the best option in Novosibirsk
I`ve in Novosibirsk before a lot of times and this time DoubleTree by Hilton Novosibirsk really impressed me - it is a very decent hotel with everything you may need for a business trip - a stylish, clean and modern room, decent wifi, proper breakfast and nice atmosphere in general. You can`t expect more from DoubleTree hotel. Next time in Novosibirsk I definitely stay at DoubleTree Novosibirsk again.

Good Business Hotel
Centrally located and easy access to Sber Bank; had a small glitch with reservations but FO executive sort it out quickly and I believe that is the most important thing. Room are nice and comfortable Breakfast buffet was nice. Only One recommendation with F&B staff ; they are nice and efficient but needs training on how to be a professional; I saw them carrying cutlery with hands ; clearing dishes; or refilling the service napkins. I think what they need is a set of training on how get hands on with carrying plates. Also general greetings from waiter can be nice( The only person who greeted me was line chef and hostess. But overall I do recommend this hotel.

Do not take a taxi from this hotel
The location of hotel and the hotel facilities are good. Rooms are clean. But I can't say the same thing for the staff, especially taxi drivers of the hotel. I was badly ripped off by a crazy and rude taxi driver from this hotel. Normally from airport to hotel costs 400 Rubles by taxi, however the taxi driver of this hotel demanded 1.200 Rubles for 2 KM distance and waiting for 15 minutes. Moreover he was incredibly rude and horrible. He was looking like he was read to attack me. And another thing, I ordered something from room service and I signed the bill (invoice) but after 10 minutes they called me and they said they wanted the bill as cash or credit card immediately. It seems they don't trust their customers.

Excellent Hotel
Having been to Novosibirsk a few times before, this was the best hotel I have stayed in so far, the check-in was very quick and rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is just a few minutes walk to the centre square. The food in the hotel was delicious and the hotel staff were very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting this city.

First time in Russia
We arrived on an early flight and reached the hotel around 7.30 am well before the check-in time but was still given a room, so we were very happy with that. The staff spoke very good English and we had no problem getting whatever we needed. Breakfast was nice and varied. Location is excellent near metro and bus stops. The only thing which I didn't like was that the room and bathroom were not very clean when we arrived but this was taken care of when we asked the hotel. I would definitely stay here during my next visit to Novosibirsk.

Very good hotel
I guess it depends how much you pay as I got a good off season rate however the hotel is up there with any other business type hotel that I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with a very good bathroom and comfy bed. Not much in the way of western TV chanels but that was not a big deal. Centrally located to the only part of town that was really worth seeing (Novosibirsk is a pleasant city but not really for tourists) and there are good bars and restaurants nearby (try Che's just down the road with free entry with a VIP card from the consierge!) But the food I had at the hotel was very good also. I didn't like that you were charged a lot for WiFi but I had a local sim which cost less than an hour at the Hilton so was ok. Small pool at the top with sauna and spa which is nice and small fitness center on ground floor. Staff speak English well but were efficient rather than friendly.

Outstanding place
This is the best hotel I've ever been to in Russia for a decent price. I paid $82 per night via Expedia so it'll be a lot more if reservation is done via Hilton. Great service, the staff speaks excellent English. One of them, Ludmila speaks fluent Spanish. They will bend over backward to help you. My luggage was lost by the airline and the staff went above and beyond to help me find it. The staff Irina, Valentin and all the others are awesome. Will stay there again in two weeks.

They charge you for everything
The hotel is nice, but they charge you for everything: Internet - EVERY devise is $20, breakfast, to print out a page on a color printer. I think this is being too cheap on the part of the hotel.

Overall a great stay. Excellent staff. Very helpful. Best hotel restaurant breakfasts I have had. Barbershop in the hotel on 9th floor. Very convenient. Dress warmly when you go outside in the winter. Frostbite is a distinct possibility.

Stayed for a night with my wife as a romantic getaway on the anniversary. Everything was good except they tried to charge us for a stay couple times even as the stay was already completely paid on hotels.com. But reminding them to check twice helped to resolve the issue. Elevator door on the underground parking should have more noticeable label/notification - this will help people coming for the first time a lot. We checked out two hours later than required because of spa procedures without any questions or extra charge. All the personnel was pleasant and polite. Thanks to all.

Perfect for Airport travel
I stay here at least one to two nights per month. I love the front dest staff as they are bilingual and so helpful. I also use the meeting rooms every quarter for my company to hold meetings from 8 people to 80.

Amazing time at amazing hotel!
I spent 5 nights at the beautiful Doubletree hotel in the beautiful city of Novosibirsk with the most gorgeous woman in the world! I came here to meet my future Russian wife while I stayed here and the service was great, rooms were clean, and even the bar and restaurant was great. I recommend coming here to anyone staying in Novosibirsk!

when travelling to the middle of Siberia, it is a pleasure to land in a hotel that presents 'no surprises'. Nothing bad to say....only positive attributes. - waliking distance to resaturants - quiet central location - wifi works everywhere - excercise and spa facilites adequate.

New, modern and a great location
Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Location was perfect for my short stay (3 nights) in Novosibirsk. Would ike to have stayed longer to try all the facilities! Oh yes, and the warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival were EXCELLENT! :)

Разочарование Хилтона
Останавливались в ночь с 13 на 14 февраля. Гостиница была забита молодежью. На подземной парковке еле нашли последнее место (бронировал парковку заранее), куда машину пришлось втискивать буквально по сантиметрам. Халата в номере не было, набора из зубной щётки в номера не было - это нужно отдельно заказывать на стойке! Кровать отличная - жесткий матрац, удобные подушки - прекрасно выспались. В номере не душно, комфортно, вид из ока второго номера - был на крышу, из нашего - на театр Глобус. В номере тихо, соседей не было слышно. В ванной чисто, без замечаний. В ресторане поужинать не удалось - полтора часа ожидания (предупредили сразу), тоже касается и доставки еды в номер. Причину увидели утром, отстояв почти час на завтраке в несколько очередей - кухня не рассчитана на быстрое обслуживание хотя бы 50 человек (один человек готовил завтраки), а за завтраком было значительно больше. У кофе машин не было кружек под кофе правильного размера - только маленькие, под экспрессо. Завтрак - шведский стол без излишеств, омлет - просто прекрасен, спасибо! Администраторы очень милы и приветливы, могу только похвалить. В-общем, гостиница стоит своих денег, только если Вас устраивает местоположение, в-остальном осталось какое-то разочарование.
