Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 3 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 26 km, bathing lake "Lac Léman" 20 m. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, sailing school 10 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, cycle lane. Nearby attractions: Aquaparc, Bouveret 11 km, Swiss Vapeur Parc, Bouveret 11 km, Château de Chillon 7 km, Montreux 10 km, Château d'Aigle 15 km, Fondation Pierre Gianadda, Martigny 43 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil 33 km, Villars, Les Diablerets, Gryon 27 km, Leysin 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Terrace, south-west facing position, large patio, east facing position, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the lake and the mountains.
