Located right next to the Adriatic Sea, this villa has everything you need to enjoy all-day swimming and diving, and fun with your loved ones. Built in 2016 in a contemporary style, it is fully air-conditioned, offers 130 m2 of living space, and can accommodate a maximum of 7, and optimally 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, one of which is located on the upper floor, and the remaining two are on the ground floor. Two rooms have a double bed, while the third room has 2 single beds. As an additional bed, you can use a sofa bed for 1 person. All bedrooms have a TV, air conditioning and a safe. One bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, and the other two have a shared bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals for family and friends, and there is also a dining room with a dining table. Next to the dining area is the living room, which will be the ideal place to enjoy your favorite movies. On the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy the view of the clean and clear sea, swimming in the 24 m2 heated pool. Next to it are 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. There is also an outdoor shower and outdoor seating, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. You will also like the outdoor mini bar, as well as the outdoor dining table with 8 seats next to the fireplace. As additional amenities, you can use a washing machine, iron and baby cot. Villa Noah is pet friendly, which will especially delight all those guests who want to bring a pet with them on vacation. The villa is completely fenced and has private parking spaces and a beautifully landscaped lawn. If you are one of those who like to have an active vacation, 2 bicycles are available to you, and there is a bicycle path near the villa. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday or a base for exploring the surrounding area, this charming beachside retreat is the perfect choice. Be sure to visit the city of Zadar and Paklenica National Park. In Zadar, you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sites, take photos at the most famous installation ‘Greeting to the Sun’, and stroll through the charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. If you are a gourmet, Zadar offers a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with a rich selection of local specialties, where you can enjoy excellent food and good wine. Paklenica National Park covers an area of 95 km², on the slopes of southern Velebit, and its highest peaks - Vaganski vrh and Sveto brdo - are also located there. What is truly special about this park is that such a small area contains such a wealth of geomorphological forms and very attractive landscapes complemented by rich ecosystems. The most recognizable features of Paklenica are definitely its dense black pine forests and deep canyons of two rivers. In addition to its natural heritage, this national park is also rich in cultural heritage and destinations for history lovers. If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, rafting on the Zrmanja River is the solution! Rafting Zrmanja is an adrenaline-filled excursion adorned with perfectly crystal clear water and a spectacular canyon with magnificent waterfalls. You will have the opportunity to see diverse flora and fauna and explore the typical karst phenomenon of travertine waterfalls for which this area is famous. You will quickly learn the techniques of rowing in a raft boat with the help of licensed guides as you slowly enter the canyon. After the first hour of paddling through easy rapids, you will visit the beautiful waterfalls of the Krupa River and swim under them. More waterfalls and rapids await you as you continue the excursion down the Zrmanja River all the way to Muškovci, where the excursion ends.
