### Cozy home in Novigrad

With its superb tranquil location, this beautiful villa solves the countryside-or-coast dilemma as it is surrounded by idyllic olive groves, wooded hills and emerald green meadows, while within easy reach is the popular coastal town of Novigrad, where a wide selection of stores, bars, cafes and restaurants can be found, as well as a pretty marina and numerous beaches. Carefully tailored for the vacation season, this newly built villa is furnished in a modern style with a wonderful collage of textures and colors, creating a cozy atmosphere. The three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and flat screen TVs, are located on the upper floor, as well as two modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and a spacious terrace from where you can enjoy magnificent views over olive groves to the sea. The light-flooded, spacious first floor with its open layout is very successfully divided into living, kitchen and dining areas and functions as the social center of the house. The kitchen area is equipped with ambient LED lighting that can be individually adjusted to suit the mood.  
  
If you step out onto the large terrace from here, you will find an inviting covered barbecue area with a large dining table. The overgrown fence surrounds the garden with a tempting heated pool and sun deck - perfect for indulgent sunbathing while enjoying the pleasant spicy natural air of the vineyards and olive groves. A large shaded carport is available for parking.  
  
Although Novigrad is a popular tourist destination, it still retains its intimate and irresistible charm of a typical quiet Mediterranean fishing village. Its gentle coasts are lapped by the fish-rich sea and the beautiful nature is favored by a mild Mediterranean climate. In its charming narrow streets you will find old churches, ancient palaces, beautiful city walls and many other treasures carefully preserved to remind you of an eventful and turbulent past. Novigrad is not only a true architectural gem, but also one of the best Istrian gourmet destinations with some of the best fish restaurants in Istria. You can also enjoy a wide variety of sports activities, relax on numerous beaches or party in cafés and cocktail bars in the town. But that's not all! Have fun in the first-class aquapark Istralandia. Visit the Antenal-Mirna ornithological reserve and go birdwatching in the midst of breathtaking nature. Explore the numerous cycle paths that will take you through some of the most beautiful landscapes in Istria. Visit the wine and olive oil roads and taste the most valuable Istrian products. Take a day trip and discover the hidden treasures of small medieval towns in the Istrian hinterland or take a boat trip and visit the famous towns of the west coast of Istria.
