You can enjoy a 2-room apartment with a total area of 50 square meters, situated on the ground floor. This apartment underwent a complete renovation in 2023, offering cozy furnishings that include a dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the garden and terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment features one room equipped with a single bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, as well as a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm x 200 cm. Additionally, it provides a digital TV for your entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and a freezer. The apartment also includes a shower/WC, electric heating, and floor heating, with the heating available only from October 1st to May 1st. Outside, you can take advantage of a 20 square meter partially roofed terrace with furniture, offering beautiful views of the sea. Other amenities include a washing machine and free WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment features a private entrance, and it is important to note that the TV channels are limited to HR channels only.
