The place was great except the people above our room were walking or running or jumping all night. I am not sure we were below the gym. If we had a different room it would have been perfect.

The room is clean. The service is great, and the staff are friendly. A variety of different options served at breakfast. Most importantly, I had requested a room on higher floor and away from the elevators (if available) when I made my reservations. BW accomodated my request, which I very much appreciate. The only con for us would probably be the location. The hotel is located in a more remote area, right off the Hwy 101, so you could hear the traffic on the highway.

Nice hotel, breakfast needs huge improvement
Overall, the stay was wonderful, clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that the breakfast was quite lackluster. Missing breakfast items like bacon was a big problem for me and my partner, especially when the sausage was too spicy. Also, the waffle batter was very thin and they sucked.
