Unit Layout  
Nel Nucleo is a 4-room house spread over two levels, perfect for a family vacation. The living room features an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, international TV channels, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, it has an exit leading to a pergola and a private patio. On the ground floor, you'll find a room with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and a separate WC. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine (Nespresso capsules need to be brought). It also has a dining table. There is a shower/WC on this level. The upper floor comprises a double bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and another room with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and two bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm). There is another shower/WC on this floor. The house features wooden floors and natural stone floors, adding to its charm.

Nel Nucleo offers several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It has an open-hearth fireplace in the living room, providing a cozy ambiance. Cable TV and international TV channels are available for entertainment. There is a private patio accessible from the living room, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
