Wow I was visiting Nottingham for an eye surgery with my elderly parents where by my mother was the donor. Not only that the facilities were great, clean and spacious, the staff really wowed me from the word go. The bookibg experience was great as I sought accessible room for my parents. The staffed namely Hamid and Katie were so helpful in guiding me and giving my parents and I the perfect rooms. Then came the special requirements for earlier breakfast than normal time in the room. It was managed seamlessly at no extra cost. The staff also helped mu mother with medication post surgery whilst I was still at the hospital. The food quality at the breakfast and in room service was superb. A the icing on the cake that not only we were allowed extended checkout at 4pm later than normal but were also given complimentary breakfast for 2 out of 4 guests and discount of onhouse dining experience. What can I say we received a royal treatment during our four day stay. The staff and customer service was beyond best. I never expected so much that they gave us in service and care. Wow and absolute wow. The location is also very central with the high street just behind the hotel with plenty of wonderful dining experiences. A 7 star service by a 4 star hotel. I am sold

Great location. Nice clean hotel. Staff is friendly. Had a couple of noisy nights from the nearby bars.

Online check-in system asked for payment details and double charged the room charge. The reception staff was saying that I was not giving her response and asked me to respond to her while I was busy looking for the details for booking for another room of my family. What a impatient and impolite reception. Poor hospitality.

Add trance smell in bathroom and the facilities in the hotel where average. The restaurant was open and no real area to relax in until 3pm. Don’t arrive early if you want to relax at the hotel as there isn’t anywhere comfortable to do so.

A clean hotel. But absolutely freezing bedroom and bathroom. Quite unpleasant and ruined my overnight stay. I will not be returning to this hotel unless global warming significant accelerates.

Disappointed
Hotel staff were very friendly but the room itself could be improved. Lighting was unusual, the sink wasn't the most practical, strange drips over the bathroom door, walls and head board which hadn't been cleaned and silver fish appeared a lot in the bathroom!

Below average and expensive. Would not use again.
Not so good. Probably would not use Radison hotel again based on this experience. Bathroom had black mould, poor lighting and the shower was not thermostaically controlled so temperature kept changing. No orange juice at breakfast which I found very strange. Car park at £20 per night was expensive.
