"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. "Sam’s place is great for large groups visiting Montreal. Location is very convenient: bus stop right outside or a 10min walk to a metro station; Old Montreal/Notre Dame is a straight 20min walk. And not to mention the abundance of restaurants and cafes in Griffintown. The apartment was clean and Sam was amazing in responding to all our requests, big and small such as replenishing household items and fixing minor issues. "

"We 6 stayed here at the end of May 2025 (two early 20’s, two early 50’s, and 2 early-mid 70’s). Property was reasonably clean. You get the top two floors of a 3-story row house. Bedroom on the ‘first’ floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Half bath on the 2nd floor, two full baths, so anyone staying on the 2nd floor needs to go up another flight to shower. "The kitchen is spacious and fairly user friendly, the dining room a highlight if you have a larger group/family. villa Dante was perfect for the holidays with our extended family that live in Montreal. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens and towels are fresh and clean and we were so glad for the washer and dryer. As it was winter, we didn't use the outdoor space but look forward to that when we return in June. Thank you to Louise-Phillipe and his whole team for a great stay."

"The location was awesome - 2 blocks from St Catherines St - close to all the action but very quiet while at the house. the heat wave was on while we were there and the a/c did a very good job of keeping the house cool. We really enjoyed the private deck for hanging out. The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions or requests."
