It features a south facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the sun throughout the day.Designed to accomodate up to four persons. Situated on the garden level, the apartment offers an unobstructed view of the Mont Charvin.

Well optimized for a small space, bright and offering a beautiful view. Perfect for couple or a small family.

Nestled at the center of the Espace Diamant ski area, this authentic mountain village offers privileged access to 192 km of interconnected slopes linking Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skier, you'll find an exceptional playground in a preserved Alpine setting.  
The village center, known as NDB 1150, is the perfect location to fully enjoy the resort, with shops, entertainment, and amenities all within easy reach. You’ll be charmed by the warm atmosphere, authenticity, and typical Savoyard character of this mountain destination.  
In summer, the residence offers a private swimming pool and tennis court, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Numerous marked trails start nearby, and the Mont Rond chairlift, open three days a week, provides easy access to spectacular panoramic views of Mont Blanc.  
The surrounding area also offers wonderful day trips, with Megève just 15 minutes away, Chamonix 50 minutes, and Annecy around one hour by car.
