Surface of 25sqm, ideal for four people, it is located on the ground floor of the residence with a south-facing balcony offering beautiful views of Mont Charvin and the valley. Located close to the leisure center, next to the ski bus stop and less than 5 minutes on foot from shops and restaurants.

\- Sleeping: one bedroom with a double bed (140), mountain corner with bunk bed (2 \* 90), living room with a sofa bed (140). Bedding equipped with duvets.

The residence also enjoys a strategic location within easy reach of iconic Alpine destinations such as Megève, Chamonix, and Annecy, all less than an hour's drive away.
