Located a few minutes by car from the most beautiful locations in south-eastern Sicily, Villa Regina is a splendid newly built property that stands majestically in the heart of the Val di Noto.  
  
The interiors, with a modern and refined design, are characterized by large windows that open onto the outside, making all the rooms warm, bright and welcoming.  
The living area consists of a living area and a dining area with an open kitchen with peninsula, modern and well equipped.  
  
Located a few minutes by car from the most beautiful locations in south-eastern Sicily, Villa Regina is a splendid newly built property that stands majestically in the heart of the Val di Noto.

The living area opens onto one of the two verandas that characterize the property, located at the back of the villa and equipped with a dining table. The dining area, on the other hand, opens onto the second veranda from which it is possible to enjoy the panorama and get lost in the immensity of the surrounding countryside.  
The living area leads to the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom.  
There is also a fourth bathroom serving the living area.  
  
To complete the magnificence of the property, the splendid swimming pool with hydromassage and panoramic view.  
  
Surrounded by 3000 m2 of land, the villa offers maximum privacy and the possibility of exploring the countryside while enjoying splendid sunsets over the valley.
