### Villa manghisi holiday home

The house is surrounded by greenery in the mountains is about 9km from known, from the main beaches of known beach about 14km marzamemi about 35km siracusa about 32km the house and new construction with finishing very comfortable first choice and quiet area on the first floor a double bedroom and a single bed with exit to the terrace with a nice view, on the ground floor instead a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with bunk bed a full bathroom and a full kitchen, on the main front a beautiful veranda blanket. On the back of the house there is another kitchen room of about 25sqm all unique equipped area with a double sofa bed, a laundry room and a 2 bathroom with toilet and sink, you will also have a barbecue area with wood oven, sink and barbecue to enjoy a delicious barbecue, and to finish a swimming pool above ground very large to have fun and entertain both large and small, about 600m from the structure there is an equipped area where you are provided a canoe (on request) to make adventures both on river that on ponds .the house available to a maximum of 9 beds, 4 flat-screen TVs, free wii-fii, air conditioning, linen set all 2 refrigerators drinking water with attached certification free parking on site, bed sheets etc. ... All for free a relaxation area with deck chairs and umbrellas, 1 outdoor shower etc ....

#### Vacances entre amis

Propriété telle que décrite. Grand espace extérieur très agreable et bien aménagé. Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec un panier garni très apprécié après quelques heures de route au soleil. Propriétaire très réactif. La situation de la maison nous a permis de rayonner facilement sur la Sicile baroque.
