These apartments have been recently renewed and each of them consists of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of them have their own independent entrance, parking space and private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture. The cozy, well-proportioned interiors come complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sat-TV, washing machine, electric oven and BBQ. Kalimba is 60 m2, with 50 m2 terrace and 150 m2 garden, on the ground floor are found the kitchen/living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 further double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a veranda, the garden and the sun terrace. Kalimba is the perfect spot for relaxing beach holidays, the property is also a perfect base for excursions. The close Vendicari nature reserve, the picuresque villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse are all a short drive away.
