Guests enjoy tranquility and easy access to the surf, shops, and restaurants of Nosara. Noise Policy: Las Huacas enforces a 10 p.m.–7 a.m. noise ordinance. This is a residential neighborhood—events, parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow. If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided. These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences. SAFETY & CANCELLATION While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.
