You're literally in the middle of it all, with shops and many of the area's favorite restaurants also within walking distance. Please contact us for details. ON THE INSIDE This unique single-level home features one main house and two separate casitas. In the main house, you'll find: • A spacious kitchen/living area with comfortable seating and a view of the private pool • A laundry room complete with washer/dryer • A convenient half bath • A covered patio and a large garden All bedrooms come with king beds and are located in the separate casitas. One casita offers 2 private bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, while the second casita features a 3rd bedroom and its own bathroom. Access between the casitas is provided by covered walkways. Additional amenities include a water purifier dispensing room temperature, chilled, and hot water, along with a generator to minimize any regional power outages. ON THE OUTSIDE Relax by the pool on one of the loungers, or enjoy a break from the sun under the covered patio. Please note there is no on-site parking; only street parking is available. LOCATION IS EVERYTHING Tesoro Escondido is perfectly situated in North Guiones—within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, and the renowned surf break at Guiones Beach. Regarding plumbing, please note that the septic system in Nosara does not allow toilet paper to be flushed (with a few exceptions). We kindly ask that you adhere to this guideline during your stay. Do not leave valuables in your car while you’re out, and avoid leaving anything on your front or back patios unattended. If your property has a security alarm, always set it when you leave, even for short periods of time. While a security guard is not included with your rental, we can arrange for one upon request. If you'd like to hire a security guard for part or all of your stay, please let us know during the booking process and specify the hours you'd like covered. Please be aware that, even with these precautions in place, theft can still occur in Nosara. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. We ended up returning our golf cart as we were there in the rainy season which made it very difficult to navigate the pot holes. Instead we walked everywhere. The pool was nice to come back to after a day at the beach. The key situation took us a while to figure out (different keys for different doors and gates) but the lock box/check in and check out was super convenient.
