Tesoro Escondido is ideally located just steps from Playa Guiones and many of Nosara’s best dining spots, cafes, and yoga studios. Guests enjoy easy access to surf, shopping, and local conveniences while staying in a quiet, walkable area.

Our bilingual team is happy to assist before and during your stay with car rentals (discounts through National), activity bookings, and general travel coordination to ensure your visit is seamless.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

There is ongoing construction in the North Guiones area that may result in daytime noise during your stay. Work typically occurs in the morning and afternoon hours. New construction just started next door, so keep in mind noise levels may be higher. Thank you for your understanding as the neighborhood continues to grow.



LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
