Las Delicias | Nosara, Costa Rica

Perched on a tranquil hillside overlooking the Pacific, Casa Tres Monos offers easy access to several nearby beaches: Garza (5 minutes), Guiones (15 minutes), and Samara (30 minutes). Guests can enjoy surfing, dining at local favorites like La Luna in Pelada (25 minutes), or exploring Nosara’s natural beauty—then return to their private oasis surrounded by jungle sounds and panoramic views. Transportation is required for these short drives.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

A security camera is installed in the garage for guest safety.



The third bedroom is accessed through the front entry located inside the secure gates, remaining within the protected area of the home.



LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
