« Curtains were damaged when we walked in, we found chips on floor, bugs throughout the house and issues with main bathroom. There was also a strange smell. »

« For breakfast they had omelets and over hard eggs. It was a nice change for the watery scrambled eggs everyone else serves. The pool was freezing but that didn't stop the kids from swimming. »

« The staff was okay at check in. The girl held a conversation about Wendy’s with another worker an barely made any comments towards me about my stay. Went directly to the room and wanted to wash my hands and 2 out of the 3 hand towels had hair in them. The pillows are awful. The shower had very little water pressure and the shower head was not flush against the wall. We had to turn the ac down to about 66 to even get a little air moving. I’m not sure that we will be back, especially with the hair...
