This prestigious residence boasts an unparalleled location directly alongside the serene waters of the river Bure, offering guests an enchanting panorama of the tranquil riverine landscape.  
  
Upon arrival, you are immediately captivated by the property’s architectural grandeur. A manicured lawn garden leads directly onto the waterside. The interior exudes elegance with its expansive windows that flood the space with natural light while framing views of the river. Offering spacious and open plan accommodation, boasting three bedrooms and bathrooms.  
  
Outside there are two seating verandas to enjoy. From here, you can savour your morning coffee or enjoy al fresco dining while watching the gentle ebb and flow of boating activity float by. The home is well equipped to create wonderful celebration family meals, but for those who prefer to dine out, there are plenty of choices on the doorstep. If you are wanting to enjoy waterside activities, kayaks, canoes, motorboat launches, and river trips are all available locally for hire. You also have on-site fishing opportunities from the garden (seasonal and licensed).  
  
This property is perfect for family gatherings, but not suitable for parties. Nestled in the heart of Wroxham, known as the ’Capital of the Broads’, just 12 minutes’ walk from waterside restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops. Explore the famous Norfolk Broads National Park, plenty of waterside restaurants to enjoy, and abundant with bird and wildlife. Sailing, bicycle hire and golf courses are all available locally. The surrounding area offers excellent cycle routes. The sandy beach at Sea Palling is 12 miles away. From late October visitors can enjoy the colony of grey seals at Horsey Gap Beach. For children there is BeWILDerwood at Horning, Wroxham Barns or Wroxham Miniature World, the largest indoor modelling attraction. Roar Dinosaur Park at Lenwade and Banham Zoo are award winning family parks.  
  
Nearby National Trust properties include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Gardens, and Horsey Wind Pump. Shopaholics head to the fine city of Norwich, with its two indoor shopping malls, market square, theatre, cathedral, museums, plenty of restaurants and cafés, 8 miles away. Sandy beaches 12 miles. Shops, pub, restaurants 880 yards.
