"Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and everything arrived hot. We were particularly struck by how friendly and helpful the staff were"
"Great reception staff, very helpful and happy, polite staff all around. Bar staff was a very helpful and prompt host. Good cheap enough rates, comfortable rooms. Only down side were the very uncomfortable pillows. Fire alarm went off and everyone was evacuated, this was dealt with brilliantly and swiftly by staff with safety above all other factors, great job in that sense. Overall a great stay plus good food and drink"
