Welcome to Rupert’s Barn - a cosy and stylish escape in the quiet village of Gimingham. With two comfy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living space, it’s perfect for couples, families or friends. You’ll love the private outdoor area for morning coffee or evening drinks, and there’s space to park two cars. Best of all, it’s dog-friendly too, so your four-legged friend can come along for the adventure with the property being just 10-minutes from the coast!  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to Rupert’s Barn, a beautifully converted single-level retreat nestled in the tranquil village of Gimingham on the North Norfolk coast. Sleeping up to four guests, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom property blends rustic charm with contemporary comfort, making it the perfect countryside escape for couples, friends or families alike.  
  
Inside, the barn boasts a spacious open-plan living area with stunning exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, and warm wooden flooring throughout. The stylish lounge features two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a cosy wood-burning stove, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the coast. Adjacent to the lounge is a sleek dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything needed for a relaxed self-catered stay.  
  
The main bedroom offers a luxurious super king-size bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom is beautifully appointed with a comfy double bed. Each room is serviced by its own bathroom: one with a bath and overhead shower, and the other with a walk-in shower; offering both convenience and privacy.  
  
Step outside into a beautifully landscaped garden space, complete with outdoor seating and a private patio, perfect for al fresco dining or soaking up the peaceful Norfolk air. On-site parking is provided, and with everything arranged over a single level, Rupert’s Barn is an excellent choice for those seeking accessibility and ease.

Guests have access to the full barn.  
  
The keys to Rupert's Barn are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.  
  
Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.  
  
Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Rupert's Barn per reservation.  
  
In the interests of safety & security, a Ring doorbell is installed at Rupert's Barn.
