The townhouse is thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of space to relax, dine and unwind.  
  
You’ll find:  
\- A bright lounge with comfy seating, smart TV, and soundbar  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook, plus local produce  
\- A quiet dining space for shared meals or remote working  
\- 2 full bathrooms and a separate WC  
\- Permit parking at the front and additional space at the rear (first-come)  
\- EV charging point for electric vehicles

\- Bedroom One: Super King (zip-link – can be split into twins with 24 hrs notice)

Located in central Norwich’s sought-after Golden Triangle, the house is just a two-minute stroll from Unthank Road’s cafés, independent shops and pubs. Both of Norwich’s stunning cathedrals are close by, and most key sights are easily walkable.  
  
Explore nearby parks and local markets on foot, or take a short drive to further highlights of Norfolk. Public transport is also easily accessible for getting around the city or heading out of town.

\- Quiet hours: 10 pm–8 am  
\- Please report any damage before check-out  
\- Check-in available up to 22:00

\- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.  
\- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.  
\- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).  
  
Cancellation Policy  
\- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.  
\- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.  
\- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
