The barn has been thoughtfully renovated to blend original character with modern comforts. The inviting living spaces include two sitting rooms, one with a dining table where you can gather to celebrate special occasions in style. Whether you’re enjoying quality time with loved ones or seeking a bit of quiet retreat, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The well-equipped kitchen makes dining at home easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before a day of exploration or cooking a leisurely dinner, everything you need is provided.  
  
For added convenience, there is wheelchair access to the large ground-floor bedroom which includes a dressing room and a bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a roll-top bath. On the second floor, you’ll find two more double bedrooms: both with kingsize beds, one of which has a pull-out option, making it perfect for families or children. There’s also another shower room and toilet on this level. On the third floor, the master bedroom features a kingsize bed, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. Step outside into the private garden, where you can enjoy a BBQ, or unwind in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a day of exploration.  
  
Stalham Village is just an 11-minute walk away, offering all the amenities you need, including shops, eateries, and a supermarket, for a hassle-free stay. You can also visit the Broadside Chalet Park, which features a clubhouse, restaurant, and an outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer season), welcoming day visitors. For golfers, you have Sprowston Manor with Spa and Royal Cromer, both within easy reach. For beach lovers, the nearby Sea Palling offers miles of sandy shores backed by dunes, while Horsey Beach is a great spot to visit the grey seals and their pups during the winter months.
