Upstairs are four bedrooms, two bedrooms at opposite ends, ensuring privacy for families who wish to spend time together while maintaining separation. To elevate your stay; guests can enjoy a soak in the hot tub in an adjacent building on request, unwind and relax with the bubbles and jets, or challenge friends and family to a match on the tennis court. The private garden provides the ideal setting for alfresco dining, while the expansive grounds and lake invite leisurely strolls amid nature. The grounds extend to approximately 16 acres, offering boundless opportunities to explore, from serene wildflower meadows to large lake. Whilst the property is wonderfully secluded, it is conveniently located two miles from charming villages which offer a selection of delightful gastro pubs, perfect for foodies who love to indulge in locally sourced cuisine and traditional fare, a farm shop stocked with fresh produce, and other essential amenities. The village of Banham offers a zoo, 8 minutes’ drive, with Tarzan Tower Adventure play area and road train. Thetford Forest, 30 minutes’ drive, for miles of marked forest walks, national cycle route, wildlife hides, and tree top adventure play area. Snetterton race circuit, 5 miles. Shopaholics will delight with the medieval city of Norwich, 23 miles, with two indoor shopping malls, boutiques, a market square, castle museum, cathedral, theatres, art galleries and plenty of eateries. Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads. Charter a day boat, a kayak, or a paddle board, or simply join an organised river tour. Southwold is 40 miles away for a day at the seaside, with a Victorian pier, or even a spot of crabbing at Walberswick. Or visit the North Norfolk coast, many marvellous sandy beaches, RSPB nature reserves and marshes, seaside towns of Wells Next the Sea, Sheringham and Cromer offer traditional family attractions and sandy beaches.
