We had an enjoyable week at Oak Barn with our dog. Walking was excellent from the door with lots of options including a 40 minute flat walk to Felbrigg Hall. The accommodation was good and as advertised. We had a dry week and it could get a little hot in doors in the late afternoon with the sun hitting the windows. There was an option to sit outside but not in the enclosed area so not completely ideal for the dog but very pleasant for the humans. Oak barn was well set up and had everything you'd need for a stay away .it's close enough to cromer and the coast whichever or wherever you would travel The property has a small enclosed area outside the main door (we had dogs who are to young to leave in open areas) which was helpful would be nice if it was larger & had a grass area within The owners leave you things that you might need ... from washing/dishwasher tablets to washing up liquid. All the bedrooms are well set up with the main having a good ensuite. Good location to access other areas of north and east Norfolk, and 2 national trust properties very near.Friendly and helpful host. Our dog really enjoyed being able to roam in the field in front of the barn. A particular highlight was watching a Barn Owl most evenings and mornings.
