I went through the whole process of booking and was told my booking was confirmed only to be told the next day that the owner was unable to accept those dates. What a waste of time and energy! Fortunately we were able to arrange something else at short notice with another company who handled the whole business quickly, efficiently and professionally. Now Vrbo are asking me to review how my holiday with them went. Unbelievable! I would never deal with this company again and do not wish to have any further contact from them. ##### John W.
