"Our family had a busy weekend scheduled for our daughter’s softball tournament in Concord, and wanted a quiet place to rest and recharge in between games. This place exceeded our expectations - I wish we’d had more time to spend at the property, it was beautiful and super quiet. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had such a great stay! The house was great and had such great views and beach access. The neighborhood was great and everyone was very friendly. We had to contact the host for one thing and he was very responsive. Would highly recommend!"

"It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...

"There’s a sign in the kitchen that says “Our Happy Place.” The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, we had a nice lunch and dinner prepared from the fully equipped kitchen, dogs can easily access fenced(?) deck from the living room while we all played games(host provided). Coming from the city, we all felt very close to nature because of it’s location and view from kitchen, dining and family room. Even our dog didn’t want to leave the front yard while on a long lead. "The property worked for my purpose, it was not overly clean ( even though they charged me for cleaning, if this is what they paid they did not get their monies worth). Also I ended up paying which I felt was exceptionally high for one night near a lake off season, I felt this was way overpriced. They touted snacks available, but some of these were open and half eaten. Overall it felt like the owners just moved out for a night."

"Apartment is on the second floor and I had a little difficulty carrying my suitcase up the stairs. Other than that, apartment was just as advertised. There is only room for two to eat at the kitchen breakfast bar, and the coffee maker uses regular coffee, not k-cups. Place was beautifully clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The location is great. I walked two blocks to the Thirsty Moose restaurant one evening. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved being on the lake. The kayaking was very special, had the whole lake to ourselves. Had a wonderful time. Close to food store, great ice cream and the Spaulding turnpike."

"The house owner was very communicative, and helped me check in early. It is a large, beautiful home with lots of bells and whistles. There is a great TV and kitchen on the main floor, with another of each in the lower level. Room for plenty of people, clean well equipped bathrooms and a nice yard with outside seating. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at the cabin. It was close to Concord, Belmont, and Laconia so we enjoyed eating out and going to Funspot! The secluded location was very peaceful and private."

"I booked the house for a birthday weekend with my girlfriends. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property. My only critique would be to provide more instruction about parking as the downstairs neighbors needed us to move our cars, but they were very polite and the issue was easily fixed. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else looking for a lake house vibe!"

"The view is lovely & yard well manicured. The gazebo & patio are very nice. The owners are super respectful, which is appreciated. Most everything was quite clean. The banana bread, waters, coffee & creamer were very nice touches. The decore was wonderfully eclectic. I did have a nice time hiking and going through the antique shops. Loved having a little face time with your corgies. The price point cannot be beat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home."
