"Have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed it. This time not as much. For whatever reason we were put in the first room from reception by the elevator and gym. It was quieter than I expected, but still.. we stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping at all. We like their breakfast, but somehow there seemed less variety than usual. "

"They didnt want to honor our expedia price since they changed ownership. Made us wait till 3 for check in even though room then readyThen took 20 additional minutes to gain approval for rate and only granted when I said I wanted to cancel. No towels in our room. Clean but needs updated. "

"It’s close and convenient to Cedar Point, Kalahari and other destinations. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. There were a few areas of the hotel that needed a detailed cleaning but nothing to prevent me from staying somewhere else on our next trip."
