"So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! "

"The kids loved the water park which was our only selling point. Our room had floor planks glued haphazardly together in the bathroom and dried paint that spilled onto the entrance flooring but everything was clean. Staff usually huddled together in groups chatting amongst themselves until you repeatedly gestured for assistance. The daily activities were ann andded bonus and your kids will enjoy everything about the resort. "
