Welcome to T-Town Cottage! This new and adorable home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests. The property is located 2.7 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium in Historic Downtown Northport. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other and there is ample seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal or tailgate treats! There is also coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated. The first bedroom has a King bed and optional sofa bed as well as an attached bathroom with a tub shower. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a King bed and 2 single bed flip sofas. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between with a tub shower. On the back patio there is an outdoor dining table and umbrella as well as a fire pit and gas grill. The backyard is fully fenced in and the property is pet friendly! Located down the road from the house there is a boat ramp that is perfect for days out on the water. Feel free to bring your own or rent a boat! We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! \*Please Read Prior to Booking: \*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.\* \*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This place is fantastic- in fact so much that my husband said he wished we could take it everywhere we visit. It’s close to campus and yet on a peaceful street. The little town of Northport was adorable & had a great sports bar to eat dinner under the lights. The place was decorated so well and the management team was super helpful and friendly. Our friends evacuated Tampa from the hurricane & had to bring their dogs. The team accommodated them quickly. The fenced backyard was perfect & great firepit. One rule after another. Forms and signatures galore. Plumber spend 3 hours out there on game day. I wish they had spent more time on making sure the property was ready instead of making sure i had 10 forms filled out to protect themselves. The outside garbage can was at the street and full when we got there. We had to take our gabarge with us to make sure we didnt get an additional charges after we left. The rental company made me provide them with names/cars of any potiential guest? I thought that was out there in space. I mean how do you know every person that might stop by? That did not make since to me! All that being said the good things at the property out weighed the bad. Very nice, clean, comfortabel house. Plenty of room for our party of 6\. nice back yard. Pictures Do Not Do It Justice If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. It was pure luxury from the completely stocked kitchen, to the modern decorations. The beds were super comfortable (which usually is not the case in a rental). I literally could have moved in and never gone back home. Perfect home away from home!!!! They attended to every detail and even had fun little Alabama Games to play with friends and family. We loved the outdoor area but due to our short time there, we were unable to enjoy it fully. The modern interior was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. We loved having the ability to let out our pups in the fenced in yard.
