Available for bookings year-round! Please be aware that pricing is set for 12 guests. The pricing will change if you exceed this number, and the system will not automatically calculate this for you. Reach out to management for an accurate quote if your guest count will exceed 12 guests. If you exceed this number, there will be an extra charge of $50 per person per night for each additional person. The Outdoors & Lake: Magnolia Lake House boosts stunning views of Northwood Lake - a private residential lake. You will find several places to enjoy the outdoors at Magnolia. There is a roof-top balcony covered by a gazebo off of the upstairs master bedroom with sweeping views of the lake. The back patio walks out to an old-fashioned, wood-burning smoker grill - perfect for grilling up a feast for tailgating or a family reunion! Gather in the shade of the magnolia tree and swing with a tall glass of sweet tea or quite possibly a glass of wine. Walk on down to the lake and enjoy Alabama native trees and shrubbery to the newly constructed boat dock. No swimming is allowed in the lake, but boating is (no motor boats). In the spring and summer, enjoy the southern sound of cicadas and bull frogs in the distance. Relaxation knows no end at Magnolia Lake House.
