The host will verify government-issued ID prior to check in. ✷NO FIREWORKS. This is strictly enforced by the host, the community, and the township. ✷Any fines incurred from the township will be at the renter's expense. ✷ The home has 2 steps to enter inside, otherwise, the property is one-level. ✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts. ✷ Starter Necessities Supplied: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets. ✷ There are cameras outside the property. ✷ Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be applied depending on how long our crew takes to clean. ✷ Check-out is promptly at 11am.
