It was close enough to Dulles, but without being under the flight pattern. There was a group in the lobby when we checked in that were very loud and using offensive language to the point that we almost decided to cancel our reservation.

Amazing! The shuttle driver picked us up at the airport, told us how to best get in to DC, then took us to the nearest metro station, picked us up after and even took us to a store to get things we needed. He alone went above and beyond, but in the evening, we went down to the bar for a few drinks. The bartender was fabulous, and w met some great new friends there! Couldn't have been any hapier with the whole experience!

Great place to spend the night before an early morning flight out of Dulles. The hotel restaurant was great and so were the drinks. Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes.

We had to leave for the airport at 3 am. This hotel has 24 hour airport shuttle and the drivers were very pleasant - even at 3 am!

I love staying at the Westin Dulles. However, not all of the rooms have the same amenities—specifically, the bathrooms. The room I stayed in could use an update to the bathroom, similar to other rooms I've stayed in at the exact location. Overall, you won't be disappointed staying here. It is clean, great staff all around. Their restaurant is also good.

Perfect location & great staff
We stayed at this airport- centric hotel because our flight was cancelled and then cancelled and rebooked multiple times over several days. The staff was cheerful, helpful, and professional. The hotel is 5 minutes to Dulles on the hotel shuttle, and there is also a convenience shuttle for nearby errands or transport to the very close Metro station.

Convenient hotel close to Dulles Airport.
The heating and air condition is very bad. The fan is super noisy, and the control panel for the heating is obsolete. The breakfast is excellent ! The bathroom needs some upgrades.

Fantastic staff and service! Room is ok. The property itself is showing signs of aging by the furnishings and color palette. However, the bedding was fabulous and at the price point, well worth the stay.

Front desk & her supervisor were unprofessional as a member of Bonvoy this was very disconcerting second time staying here & the first time was impeccable not this experience. This was concerning a late check out for 2p due to traveling changes by the airlines. They offered to hold my bags for an hour vs checking out at 2p. I could’ve paid for the extra hour. Very disappointing.
