There was fairly easy walking access to the innovation center metro line and we could have used the free shuttle to dulles for access to the metro there. The room was great, the people wonderful. My only real criticism was the elevator. Despite there being three, we waited several minutes each and every time for a car to arrive -- time of day didnt mayter nor nbwr of guests present. It just took a long long time.

The property is clean, staff are friendly. If one is traveling for business, it’s perfect. The rooms are set up for working and eating, and the bed and bath are separated. The king size room felt like a suite. If you are visiting with a plan to go to DC, there are better options.

Nicely appointed rooms. I enjoy full sized toiletries for ease of use and less waste. On the down side no free coffee in lobby, just stuff in room. Nice pool and gym and great staff. It is a walkable 15mn to Metro, ask the staff for shortcut. Long Metro ride into city but room is less than 1/2 the price of similar in city

Initially, I was excited about this property. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. First night I’m about to take a shower and I notice urine on the side of the toilet. It’s late, so I just decided to clean it myself. Not trying to make a big deal out of it. Second night, I call downstairs to get more wash cloths because, I used the ones that were provided to clean the toilet, and I was told that they would not bring them upstairs and I had to walk downstairs. Okay, so I put my clothes back on, and went downstairs, only to be told that there were no more wash cloths??? Like, I’ve been to many hotels, and you don’t have any wash cloths available??? I’m appalled, and saddened that this apparently is okay, with not even an apology.

Had a good time visiting my friend.Staff was nice! I like how spacious the room was, but I would have loved being able to have room service, and a bit more cleanliness and a privacy door for in the bathrooms. I also think it would be great to get more modern smart TV’s so it’s easy to access movies, series, and Satellite.

The room looks okay! the only plus point here is the location. The sink kept clogging but it was fixed, the bed-sheet looked dirty we asked for a new one but nobody showed up to give us one so we luckily travelled with a throw so used it instead.. I wish they served better for the money they loot- the parking spots were taken away by so many outsiders who came in for an event! Wish they had reserved parking atleast for EV vehicles

The Hyatt is convenient to Dulles-about 8 minutes by shuttle. I spent one night and it sufficed. The property and room were clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle service worked well. That’s all I carried about in my brief stay.

Hyatt Regency - Herndon
Stay is always great. The only thing ng I can say is they need a children's menu in the bar area and more inexpensive bar foods for HH. This is a a when everyone likes to enjoy a little downtime. Today everything is so expensive when you can do very inexpensive bar food.

Hyatt offered no needed services
1) For a very nice hotel, I was disappointed in the service. There were no pamphlets available to visitors to see & decide what to do. When I asked at the front desk, the lady said she would look it up. How do I know what to look up if I don't know what is available? 2) I asked for the closest Catholic Church. She gave me the address. I had to ask for the phone number to get Mass times. 3) No hotel map. Again, I can tell you where everything is, is what I was told. 4) No directory to see what restaurants are close. 5) When searching for the hotel, it noted that breakfast is available. I stay where breakfast is included. To charge $23 per person is ridiculous 6) Again, for a high class hotel, the available services were non-existent. I won't stay @ a Hyatt again

All hotel info and surrounding amenities are located via QR code in the guest room that is standard for all Hyatt properties. A simple google search would have also provided you with all the info you needed.
