"We love going to this hotel, only reason why I gave it 4-Stars is because our last stay, the TV didn’t work and also the free breakfast was kinda on the “Lacking” side, but not deal breakers Pros: -Price -Location (Only hotel located right in Mosaic District) -Friendly Staff -Amenities -Cleanliness Cons: -Free breakfast options can get a upgrade -Not associated with Hilton/Marriot so can’t get any points for as much as we stay there Overall the cons are not even that bad "

"Very nice room, clean, I wish the pricing was a bit cheaper. But it worked. My only real concern was a weird smell like cabbage or skunk in our floor in the hall? Hoping it wasn’t someone doing drugs? For $200, you would think you could throw a little breakfast in there:) Otherwise very nice, efficient. Close to where we were going!"

"Our stay was good. The staff were very courteous and friendly. They do not have their own breakfast area, but you are allowed to eat at the IHOP which is attached to the hotel. You are only given two options from a preselected menu posted in the hotel."
