Dear Nateara, I am sorry you felt unhappy with your stay. While we do have an eco-friendly heating and cooling system the unit can be turned off if it is not too the individuals liking and we provide the space heaters as a supplement to that. We would never want anyone to be uncomfortable, so we are proactive in making sure we have accommodations available for every situation. Thank you for your feedback we will use it to help us come up with additional ways to satisfy each guest!

Thank you for the kind words about our staff. I am very sorry about the HVAC system and not being turned onto heat as of yet. It is something we are working on.

Thank you for the feedback, Stuart. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the temperature in the room. We do always have additional accommodations available whether you are too hot or too cold to make sure each guest is satisfied. Our goal is to make sure each guest leaves satisfied. Hopefully you will stay again, and we can provide a better experience.

I have been here for the past 14 years and probably know you very well ...as I'm usually pretty well acquainted with our return guests. If you would like to reach out to the hotel directly, we can discuss the problems you had this stay as you yourself know this is not typical of our hotel. Although we did get new beds with the renovation not much else has "changed" We value that you stay with us and would love to continue to have you stay with us. Whenever you come back to the area just ask for the GM directly and we will be more than happy to take care of you and make sure your stay is as good as you have always remembered.
